A note from your mentor
When I started my business in 2020, I didn’t call it an agency.
It was just me, a laptop, and a clear decision that I was going to give it my all.
I didn’t go in blindly, though. I invested in mentoring from the beginning. I sought guidance. I learned quickly. I put boundaries in place early. I treated it like a business from day one - even when it was still small.
What I soon came to realise was that talent and drive aren’t enough on their own. If you want longevity, profitability and freedom, you have to build with intention.
You have to think beyond the creative work and start thinking like an operator. A way of thinking that most creatives never reach.
Over time, that mindset allowed me to grow from a team of one to a team of seven. It allowed me to build a reputation as the go-to personal branding studio for high-profile women. It allowed me to create stability - and eventually expand into other ventures, like my second business Homebody Collection.
The Agency Edit is where I share that lived experience.
At the end of the day, this isn’t about ego or aesthetics. It’s about building something strong enough to support the life you want.
It’s about the ability to choose your clients, set boundaries without guilt and make more money. To put systems in place that will allow you to scale, and to finally build what once felt far away.

What the Experience Looks Like
The Agency Edit is delivered over 4 or 8 weeks through private 90-minute sessions, held weekly. But this isn’t just time in a diary.
Each week, we meet with intention. Some sessions will be strategic and practical - refining your positioning, restructuring your offers, reviewing pricing or strengthening your client journey. Others will be more reflective - identifying where you’re holding yourself back, spotting patterns in the clients you attract, or recalibrating how you lead within your business.
This is a space for honesty, for the questions you haven’t asked out loud and for the frustrations you haven’t fully articulated.
Between sessions, you’ll implement what we’ve refined. You’ll adjust how you communicate, your offerings, how you structure your delivery and even how you spend your time. Week by week, your business begins to feel clearer, more structured and more intentional.
